The medicine I share comes in the form of nature-based guidance for insight, healing, and growth. My work with people is led by my relationship to the natural world and the resonance I’ve experienced in connection with the land.  I’ve also deepened my work over the years with ceremony, dreamwork, pilgrimage to sacred sites and the study and practice of herbalism. It brings me great joy to share practices and experiences that draw us into more intentional, reciprocal relationship with the earth.
