My medicine is all that I have gathered from many years and lifetimes with a wounded heart. This includes all that has been given to me by my guides and teachers, as well as the healing I have done for myself and been present for with others.
My life and work has been nourished and sustained by my deep love and experiences in nature; some restorative, some luxurious, some arduous, some wild. Camping for weeks at a time, swimming with dolphins, trekking in New Zealand have been a few highlights. All of them have been beautiful and transformative.
And now, at the culmination of all that I have become in my 70th decade, seemingly having prepared for this work all my life, I offer myself and the medicines at Riverbird, and joyfully and full of love in community with Good Medicine.
