She loves to sprinkle magic into her community.  From puppet shows to performance, art installation, paintings and ceramics, she weaves Creativity and Spiritual together.

She offers opportunities for people to come together in a creative space that allows exploration of the self and others.  

Cat is interested in the therapeutic potential of engaging in a mindful, creative process to bring awareness to the body, senses and emotions.
