An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Monday, repeating until February 17, 2020
Let go of the losses that keep you from living your best life. Whether the end of a relationship, death of a loved one or life transition, loss comes in many forms and requires our attention. In the safety of a small group, nurture your creativity, cultivate your inner wisdom and find peace through writing. Each class will provide the instruction, writing time and support you need to establish a robust practice of writing to heal.
Listen to your inner voice, attend to the grief you carry, transform it, let it go.
