Thursdays, 12-1pm with Skye Adams

Movement and Mindfulness for Emotional Healing combines aspects of a gentle yoga flow practice with restful postures to both get back into your body and allow your mind to relax. Embodiment is a crucial aspect of healing, and doing so in a safe and welcoming space is important for building relationships and community. Restorative postures with some mindful guidance are useful for inviting your thoughts to stay present with your body, and acknowledging that you can move through and move on.

This class is appropriate for all levels and for all people recovering, transitioning, and coming back to themselves.  Love Your Brain Friendly class.
Sign up online ahead of time or feel free to drop in. The cost is $18 per class ($15 with student ID or for seniors, $12 for drop-in teens). Ten-class pass is $150 ($120 for students or seniors).
