In the coming months of greater darkness, nature teaches us to bring our energy inward, be still, and listen deeply. It’s a valuable time of reflection and restoration before the light begins to increase again after the Winter Solstice. Less daylight is difficult for many and slowing down can be challenging when cultural holiday hype is ramping up.
Melt your fears and resistance to the darkness in an immersive experience of healing sounds. You will be guided to set your own intentions for this inward/yin season, envisioning new ways of being that support and nurture you. Then relax and receive the peace settling into your being as the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Andrea’s angelic voice, sacred drumming, rattle, chimes and more carry it deep into your being.
NOTE TO ATTENDEES: Your comfort is important to be able to deeply relax and experience the full benefits of this session! There are sitting cushions, yoga mats and blankets in the space, however, you may prefer from thick padding from home (e.g. camping mat, lawn chair cushion), your own blankets or sleeping bag, and pillows. Sitting in a chair is also an option, if you prefer. So, PLEASE BRING a water bottle and any supplemental props you need to be supported, comfortable and warm sitting for 25-30 minutes, and lying down on the hardwood floor for an hour.
