Awareness and wisdom are natural to the mind and they develop when we learn to attend skillfully to our experience. Through relaxing the body and mind, we can come to understand the effortless nature of being mindful. This natural awareness leads to the blossoming of wisdom and compassion.
This will be a day of silent sitting, walking, relational practice and discussion. No prior meditation experience necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring your own lunch + outdoor wear for walking outside, weather permitting. Meditation cushions and chairs are provided.
